APOLOGY

One-of-a-kind, handmade, embroidered wall art.

September 25, 2023 – September 25, 2025.  Two years spent waiting for an answer and apology that are not forthcoming.  There was nothing left to do except make art out of the situation.  Here I map the contours of an old friendship and its (seeming) disintegration.

A beautifully textured, oatmeal-colored linen-and-viscose fabric in voluptuous folds.  Embroidered by hand with 150+ royal blue French knots.

Finished at back with sawtooth picture hanger.

Occasionally brush with a lint brush or a feather duster to clean.
