APOLOGY

One-of-a-kind, handmade, embroidered wall art.

September 25, 2023 – September 25, 2025.  Two years spent waiting for an answer and apology that are not forthcoming.  There was nothing left to do except to make art out of the situation.  Here I map the contours of an old friendship and its (seeming) disintegration.

A beautifully textured, oatmeal-colored linen-and-viscose fabric in voluptuous folds.  Embroidered by hand with 150+ royal blue French knots.

Finished at back with sawtooth picture hanger.

Occasionally brush with a lint brush or a feather duster to clean.
